HOW IT WORKS

Release the Oppressed Ministries (ROM) is now able to receive support and donations via PayPal. You can also send your check or money order by mail. These funds will go to one of the ministries that ROM is serving to launch, as the board of directors determine. ROM does not own or rent office space, and each board member volunteers their time, energies and experience. With such low overhead, we are able to give much more to get these new ministries launched. Hence an even greater percentage of your donation will go directly to those ministries that are reaching out to the oppressed.

WHAT WE'LL NEVER DO

ROM will never send you fundraising literature, nor do we solicit funds. Yet, due to our service being to other ministries who may receive financial help to launch through us, we have made PayPal available in order for you to offer your support. We also provide our mailing address for those who prefer to send a check or money order. Once a new ministry is launched and with each their own system of processing funds, ROM will announce their launching and provide information for those who desire to give directly to that ministry.

WHAT EXCITES YOU TO HELP?

While ROM is responsible to allocate donations as its board of directors determines, we are very much interested in your feedback and ideas. Is there a ministry listed that excites you the most? If so, let us know. If you would like to get on the newsletter mailings from a particular ministry, please let us know that too, so that we can pass your e-mail address on to those doing that work.

To receive a tax deduction, the IRS stipulates that the donor must release control of all funds donated to a non-profit organization. For this reason, contributions to R.O.M. cannot be refunded, nor can they be designated to any specific person. Any reference to a specific person will only be deemed as the expression of a preference and not mandatory. R.O.M. has complete discretion and full control of all donated funds.
